Field Visit to an NTD programme

Based on your feedback from last year’s conference, as well as the opportunity of being in a country for the conference where so many of our members are doing excellent work, the Christian Blind Mission (CBM) has planned a field visit programme on Sunday 23rd September, the day before the conference begins. The field trip is planned to be to Gurage Zone, Meskan District (135 km from Addis Ababa), in order to show some activities carried out within one of the Trachoma-supported projects, implemented by the local partner GTM.

The field visit will take one full day and it is open to max 40 participants (first-come/first-served).

Details are still being finalised, but please anticipate 06:30 departure, returning at approximately 18:00.

More information and RSVP is available on the conference app.

Election of a Vice Chair

As usual we will be electing the new Vice Chair at this year’s conference. Could you play a key role in supporting the new Chair and help grow this great initiative? For more information, please feel free to contact any of the current ExCo, and you can download the nomination form here.

Note there will be two security checks for delegates so please arrive with enough time to ensure you can collect your badge before the opening plenary session begins on Monday morning.

Conference host for 2019

We are extremely grateful to the Ethiopian Ministry of Health for hosting the NNN conference 2018, and to all our local partners. We will be looking forward to our 10th anniversary of the NNN in 2019 - so please consider if your organisation and country could be hosts? Thank you.
